The purpose of this album is to bring relief to the listener`s body and mind, and further to set astir the potentials and energies that lie inert in the body. The background music is composed on the basis of the old practice of Tibetan Buddhism named `The Method of Seeking Resonance.` Music mingled with mantra chanting, ceremonial religious instruments played in the background of sounds of nature, there you feel an ambiance of piety where one transcends reality to a spiritual resonance with holiness and then back to reality again. Once your body and mind experience oneness with infinity, new energies will fill up your whole being and potentials be vitalized.
